Bill Edelstein is a college educator, nonprofit fundraiser, and webinar instructor. With more than 20 years of experience in the nonprofit world, he works to train professionals in all aspects of fundraising, managing internship programs, and grant writing. By helping nonprofits and other organizations gain strategic skills, he assists them in achieving their fundraising goals to reach their full potential.
A graduate of Binghamton University (SUNY) and the University of Colorado at Boulder, Bill is also a fundraising consultant and adjunct professor in political science at Hunter College in NYC. Through his successful webinar series, he has worked with hundreds of nonprofits and other organizations to transform their fundraising and grant writing initiatives.
Bill began his nonprofit career at American Indian College Fund planning large scale events around the United States while leading donor tours of Native American tribal colleges and local historical sites. Working at global health and human rights nonprofits such as Pathfinder International and Heathright International, he delved further into major gifts, grant writing, planned giving, and campaign work while raising funds to support global communities suffering from the impact of HIV/AIDS and other diseases. He also directed a nonprofit providing much-needed services for Israelis and Palestinian children with special needs.
